Our Strategic Locations
We've established data centers in key strategic locations to serve global markets with sovereign-grade infrastructure.

MOROCCO
Africa's sovereign AI hub — built to serve Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
Located within the Free Zone, our Morocco flagship is a 500MW hybrid AI campus designed to position the region as a gateway for high-performance computing across EMEA. Developed in close coordination with national authorities and global partners, the site is strategically placed just 13 km from mainland Europe, offering unmatched connectivity and jurisdictional sovereignty.
The project is already under construction, with Phase 1 (40MW) in progress and go-live scheduled for Q1 2026.
Key Highlights:
- 12-hectare, government-backed site
- Designed to host sovereign AI workloads, cloud tenants, and hyperscalers
- Partnerships include NVIDIA and TAQA Morocco
- Fully aligned with ESG and data sovereignty frameworks

NORTH CAROLINA
Charlotte Region (North Carolina, USA)
Sovereign-ready infrastructure on U.S. soil.
Our North Carolina facility spans 65 acres and is purpose-built for GB200-class GPU deployment. It is backed by long-term power agreements and an existing substation, the site supports high-density modular compute and rapid scalability.
The 10MW deployment is underway, with operations launching in Q1 2026.
Key Highlights:
- Fully controlled industrial site with live substation
- Modular AI infrastructure ready for next-gen GPU workloads
- Supported by direct utility and Tier 1 vendor partnerships
- Ideal for U.S.-based enterprises and regulated compute use cases
